My name is Johanna and I’m the founder of Eldra Harmony.

Me and my dog Sota (Miniature american sepherd)

Eldra Harmony is a place where healing, the rythm of nature, and the ancient power of wool meet in a quiet, warm and intuitive space. My work is born from a deep longing to help people find their way home to themselves and live their best life.

I have always carried nature close to my heart. The trees, the water and the wind moving across the fields have all been my teachers. When I walk with my dog through shifting seasons, sit in stillness with my sheep or galopp through the forest with my horse, I’m remined how healing simplicity can be.

As an ecopedagogue and certified permaculture designer, the way nature organizes itself is part of my core worldview. It shapes how I relate to the world, to people, and to healing. I see life as a living cycle where everything is interconnected. Where balance, care, and long-term thinking create the conditions for real transformation. This perspective flows through both my creative work and the spaces I hold for others.

My path of healing

My journey didn’t begin in a treatment room but in life itself. In the moments when I needed to find my own strength, my direction and my inner voice.

I learned to trust my intuition and to listen to what moves beneath the surface. To what whispers rather than shouts.

As I moved deeper into my own inner journey I learned to work with the energy field. The subtle, living field that connect us all. Through this, I discovered how to connect with both people and animals on a deeper, inituitve level, where communication happens beyond both words and space.

Before stepping into this work, I spent many years in the world of numbers, structure and responsibility. I worked as an accountant and later as a Chief Financial officer.

My own inner and outer transformation has given me a deep understanding of how people change, heal and grow. It has also helped me understand that healing is not about fixing someone. It’s about holding a space for someone to land, breathe and remember who they are.

This is the space I offer today.

The wool

The wool from my own sheep is part of my everyday life and my soul. When I work with wool , time slows down. Every painting, every shape, every texture carries an energy of presence and the rytm of nature itself.

My wool artwork are just not pieces of art, theay are storys. They hold warmth, safety, and a kind of worldless wisdom. They are created to be felt not just seen.

Each piece I make is made with a healing intention. The same intuitive energy that flows through my healing sessions also moves through my hands when I work with wool. Every layer, every movement, every choice of color is guided by a quiet intention to bring calm, grounding and inner balance to the person who receives it.

My wool art becomes a form of healing in itself!

My why

I do this because I know how it feels to live with exhaustion, high stress and the weight of old patterns. I know what it is like to feel tired, lost and disconnected from yourself. How it feels to long for relief, for direction, for the ability to breath again.

I have felt the relief of learning to set boundaries, release performance pressure, soften old wounds and reconnect with my own needs. To let go of the “good girl” who always put others first, who did not feel worthy of rest, who was hard on herself and constantly on alert.

I also know how it feels to heal your trauma and to uncover who you truly are beneath the layers shaped by others.

I know how emotional wounds can turn into physical pain and tightness and how releasing trapped emotions can bring the body back into ease.

This is the path of my heart!

To meet people where they are. To hold, guide and create space for what wants to heal.
