Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14‑day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Selling Act. Wool artworks must be returned in their original condition. The customer pays the return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Claims
If your wool artwork is damaged or incorrect, please contact us via email. Each piece is unique, and variations in colour and form are not grounds for a claim.
