If you had asked me a few years ago whether it was possible to give healing to someone at a distance, I would have been doubtful. I probably wouldn’t even have considered that it could actually be possible.
It wasn’t until I truly began my own healing journey that I understood that we are all, in some way, part of the same energetic field. It feels like both a huge and hard‑to‑grasp thing to explain, while at the same time now feeling quite obvious.
In the same way that we sometimes think of someone just before they reach out to us, or that we think of the same thing as someone else. In that same way, I can intuitively connect with, sense, and work with your subconscious.
The remote healing I offer is about opening up the body’s natural healing process. This means that you may not always feel the healing immediately, as it can take some time for the body to actually begin to heal.
A common first reaction is that the body feels much lighter. It was the same for me. When I had worked with myself and, with the help of healing, dissolved all my trapped emotions, around 350 of them, I felt 10 kilos lighter in my body. The scale, however, showed the same number as before 🙃

I’ve read different theories about how trapped emotions are stored in the body. Some say they are stored as energy fields or small energy balls in our body and organs, others say they get stuck in our fascia, and another theory is that the emotions are stored in our brain.
There are probably even more theories that I’ve missed. For me, it seems likely that emotions may be stored as energy in our fascia. Regardless of where they are stored, energy healing can dissolve what is held in the body.
We can also inherit trauma and trapped emotions for several generations. You may be subconsciously affected by something your great‑great‑grandmother experienced.
Not everything can be explained scientifically, at least not yet. It’s more about a feeling and an understanding that we are so much more than what we’ve usually been taught.
